What's happened to the CMA Report? |
On 18 April 2006, the Comparative Market Analysis Report was re-launched as PropValues with improved product features. PropValues is now a Prop Data partner company and was re-branded to fall in line with Prop Data’s branding strategy.

Is anyone allowed to subscribe to PropValues? |
No. Subscription is only made available to Real Estate Agencies registered with the Estate Agent Affairs Board and other property professionals.

How does PropValues differ from other property valuation tools? |
Unlike other property valuation tools, the PropValues CMA Report has been designed with the Estate Agent in mind. Before we designed the PropValues system, we thoroughly researched the requirements of several leading real estate agencies and based the features and facilities on our findings.

Is your database based on Deeds Office records? |
No! Deeds Office records are usually back-logged by three months and do not include sufficient property details to compile an effective comparative analysis on property market values and trends. The PropValues database is a collation of sales data provided by leading real estate agencies. All sales data is published two weeks after the month of sale. Therefore, PropValues boasts one of the most up-to-date property databases.

When is your database updated? |
The PropValues database is updated on the 14th of every month. Subscribers are notified of the update via email.

Will I be charged for every search? |
No. Prop Data charges a low monthly subscription fee (view rates) which entitles subscribers to unlimited searches.

How do I pay? |
All subscribers are required to sign a monthly debit order instruction.

Will I be contacted regarding special discounts and offers? |
Yes, as a subscriber you will be contacted via email or other media from time to time to receive information on special discounts and offers.

Do you provide free support and training? |
Yes. If you experience any technical difficulties with the PropValues website, kindly contact us on (031) 266 0035 between 08h00 and 17h00, Monday to Friday or use the Call Me form in the Contact Us section. Alternatively, one of our PropValues Ambassadors will visit your offices for a free onsite training session.
